Agriculture Minister Saboto Caesar says the Ministry of Agriculture is launching a National Agricultural Crusade about the Farmers Support Program, which was launched here last week.
The six-million dollar program will allow farmers to access loans at two percent interest rate, and will also provide fertilizer and tools on credit.
