Police have made a second arrest in connection with an armed robbery which occurred here on Thursday last week.
Police say Kwasie Ryan, a 24-year-old Tatoo Artist of Paul’s Avenue was arrested and charged yesterday with allegedly robbing Raymond Durrant of Ratho Mill at gunpoint of one green St. Hill Insurance Company
Limited bag, containing a sum of money in cash and cheques and one 9mm pistol and four rounds 9mm ammunition.
According to the Police, Ryan is also charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm and two rounds of ammunition.

He is also charged with using the firearm with intent to commit robbery and unlawfully discharged the firearm at Raymond Durrant.
Police say 26-year-old Jariel Belle of Paul’s Avenue was also arrested and charged on Tuesday in connection with the same incident.
Reports indicate that Durrant was taking the night deposit to the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines,
last Thursday afternoon when he was accosted by a lone gun man who snatched the night deposit bag, containing cash and cheques, and ran off after firing two shots.
Police are continuing investigations into the incident.
