A number of local businesses have come out in a major way to lend assistance to persons who lost their homes and possessions as a result of the devastating floods of December 23rd.
Residents of Spring Village, one of the areas worst affected by the trough system, yesterday received refrigerators, stoves and mattresses as part of efforts
The donations were made possible through the assistance of Telecommunications provider Digicel, Courts St. Vincent Ltd and Rubis.
