Director of the National Emergency Management Organization for St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Speaking at a News Conference last week, Mr. Prince reminded persons that Disaster Zones have been established in areas of the country which were severely affected by the December floods.
Mr. Prince noted that some persons are still not clear on the difference between a State of Disaster and a State of Emergency.
He emphasized that St. Vincent and the Grenadines is not in a State of Emergency but it is still in a Level 2 State of Disaster.
