Preliminary Judging in the Idea and Innovation Competition organized by the National Telecommunications Regulation Commission NTRC begins next week.
The NTRC is partnering with the Ministry of Education, National Insurance Services, the Searchlight Newspaper and the Centre For Enterprise Development to host the competition.
The competition is being used as an avenue for students from Secondary, Technical and Tertiary level institutions to put forward ideas that can implement new systems or improve existing systems in the Public Service and other state agencies.
The competition officially began on Friday October 18th and is now into the preliminary judging stages.
Judging begins on Tuesday for Schools in Zone A. The Schools are St. Vincent Girls High School; Intermediate High School; St. Vincent Grammar School; Thomas Saunders Secondary and North Union Secondary.
The Judging will be held at the NIS Conference Room on Tuesday from 10am.
