The Building Supplies which are to be used in the reconstruction efforts following the damage caused by a Trough system on Christmas Even night have been offered to the Government on concessionary terms.
Minister of Housing, Montgomery Daniel, was on hand for the arrival of the materials.
The Minister said the Government is continuing to source assistance locally and outside of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to ensure that the affected persons return to their normal lives in the soonest possible time.
Minister Daniel said they are hoping that the reconstruction work which will be carried out by the Buildings Roads and General Services Authority (BRAGSA), will commence from next week.
