Vincentians unite to show solidarity for flood victims at a Concert held at the Victoria Park yesterday.
They attended the Hope Concert which featured Prayer, Praise and Intersession on behalf of the victims and by extension St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Over 10-thousand dollars in monetary donations were raised and four barrels of food and clothing collected at the Concert.
In his address at the event, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves spoke about the suffering of the victims of the disaster.
He praised the efforts made in the recovery effort, but noted that there’s much more work to be done.
Meanwhile … Minister of Ecclesiastical Affairs Maxwell Charles encouraged individuals to renew their Faith and Trust in God.
And … Parliamentary Representative for West Kingstown, Daniel Cummings in his presentation focused on the issue of forgiveness.

7. Bishop Henry Davy, Church of God of Prophecy – “Prayers of Thanksgiving”
