The inter-island ferry, the T&T spirit is expected to deliver relief supplies to St. Vincent and the Grenadines today.
According to a release the vessel left Tobago this morning with supplies collected yesterday by the Tobago emergency management agency and will depart Port of Spain at midday today.
While the ship is not entirely filled the head of the office of disaster preparedness and management Stephen Ramproop said the donations will provide much needed relief to Vincentians.
The T&T Spirit is expected to call port Kingstown at 4pm and return to Trinidad some time tonight
