The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Red Cross Society continued its efforts over the weekend to offer assistance to persons who are in need in a number of areas.
Communications Officer at the Red Cross Society, Rendal Allen said they visited Vermont and Buccament, Chateau Belair and a number of communities on the Windward side of the island.
Mr. Allen said they also did distributions of water and food items.
Mr. Allen also appealing to persons to ensure that whatever they are consuming is safe for consumption.
