Players and Teams received Cash Prizes and Trophies at the closing of the Sea Operations Hairoun Beer/Premium Distributors Greggs Twenty/20 Softball Cricket Championship at the Greggs Playing Field at on Sunday.
The most runs was scored by Renrick Williams of CGM Gallagher Novice a total of 265, while Clinton Woods of Sea Operations Nah Fren Dem (1) captured the most wickets 18.
Zaniel Baptiste of Owia Young Strikers took the most catches, while Renrick Williams of CGM Novice hit the most sixes 37. The best catch was taken by Kentish Phillips of CGM Novice, while Sea Phillips of Sea Operations Nah Fren Dem (1) was the best wicket-keeper with four stumping and four catches.
Dr. Thomas Injectors was adjudged the most disciplined team, the best dressed team was Fully Loaded Ballers.
Renrick Williams was voted the Man-of-the-Series. Two centuries were scored by Javid Harry of Fully Loaded Ballers 112 and Richie Richards of Combined Sixers 103.
24 teams took part in this year’s Championship.
