The “Increasing Export to the EU through Market Intelligence” workshop, will open at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Conference Room, this morning from 9:00 clock.
The two-day workshop is being coordinated by the SVG Economic Partnership Agreement Implementation Unit (SVGEPAIU) in collaboration with Invest SVG.
It will target Business Support Organizations (BSOs), current and potential export businesses and the Public Sector as part of a continued effort to sensitize the Vincentian public on how to take advantage of the opportunities under the CARIFORUM-EU Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA).
It is expected that the Workshop will help to increase the number of exports into the EU Market, increase the institutional capacity of BSOs to execute market intelligence services for its clientele and sector priorities and increase the capacity of current and potential export businesses to perform market intelligence on behalf of their business.
The Workshop will be facilitated by Research and Information Development Manager at Invest SVG, Mr Curtis Dennie.
