Two local entrepreneurs will be collaborating with the Centre for Enterprise Development Inc (CED) and LIME (St. Vincent) Ltd to host an Exhibition on Friday featuring alternatives to Pork.
The event which will be held at LIME’s promenade in Kingstown, and will be hosted by Alita Garraway of Aurora’s and Carlton Ottley of CAO Poultry Investments.
A release from the CED says the Ham Tasting and Exhibition is being held to promote chicken and fish hams, locally, especially for those who do not eat pork.
The CED says chicken and fish are healthy foods that are being used to create some of the best hams ever produced here in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
The Ham Tasting and Exhibition will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00pm on Friday.
